WHS, Environmental & Quality Compliance Documentation Made Simple, Quick & Easy … Or Your Money Back

NB: This is not a paid advertisement or a product review just some publicity for a great supporter of our blog. Check out out their website and make up your own mind about the suitability of their products to your needs. www.ensafegroup.com.au

If you’re a contractor in the construction industry, chances are that you’ve been asked to present documentation that’s compliant with the latest legislation, regulations and standards on numerous occasions.

clip_image001For the average contractor, it is confusing, difficult and extremely time-consuming. It is a major hassle especially when all you want to do is your job and not deal with another bunch of paperwork.

And to be fair, the government hasn’t made this process any easier with the recent changes to legislation, regulations and standards.

It is these very struggles experienced by contractors that led the Ensafe Group to establish SIMPLICITY as one of its core values.

Our mission is to cut through all the legal mumbo jumbo and simplify the whole compliance process for contractors in the construction industry.

By using our extensive experience in compliance and our laser focus on simplicity, we’ve created what we believe is the simplest documentation for successful WHS, environmental and quality compliance.

And we back our claim by offering a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, which means that we give you 30 days to test out our products for free.

We currently offer for 10 products for the construction industry.

Create Safe Work Method Statements & Risk Assessments For Free

We’ve recently launched an online-based portal called Compliance Lion where contractors can create, edit and manage Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Risk Assessments quickly and easily. These can be used in conjunction with the WHS management plans and OHS management systems that we provide as indicated above.

The portal allows contractors to create docs for an unlimited amount of projects and you can access it on the field using portable devices such as phones and tablets (both iOS and Android) as long as you have an Internet connection.

It’s free to sign up and you can start using it right away.

You can find more information about it including demo videos by clicking visiting our website at www.compliancelion.com.au

@Julie Mcloughlin – the systems we provide are not generic. They have been specifically created for the construction industry (not just for any industry like many templates out there) and the contractor must customise these to every single project. What we’ve done is that we’ve simplified this customisation process for the contractor so it’s quick and easy. If you wish, we can give you access to some of our documents so that you can see them for yourself. Plus we’d love to hear any feedback you may have to improve them. Just give us a call or send us an email and we’ll arrange it :)

@ASPJAG – WHS stands for Work, Health & Safety. It’s the new term introduced by the federal WHS Act 2011. The Integrated Management System, or IMS, that we provide combines the WHS, environmental and quality systems into just one single system (document). We’ve done this for the same reason that you stated – it’s easier to have everything taken care of with just 1 document. And this is what a lot of businesses prefer. You can find info about the IMS on our website or get in touch with us and we can help you with any questions you may have.

What is the actual term for WHS , is it wealth, health and safety.I feel if we have too many systems it is difficult to implement.I rather have a system which takes care of safety, health, quality and environment on the whole. This also should have good work ethics incalculated to nuture success of the organisation as well as the workforce.

Looks like an advert for a generic system that will sit on the shelf and gather dust to me!
